You have heard the saying that the three most important things in business are location, location, and location.  The Butler Building is centrally located on Milledge Avenue across from the entrance to Clarke Central High School halfway between Broad Street and Baxter Street.  Our location is adjacent to the University of Georgia.  We are less than one mile from downtown Athens. We are easily accessible from several exits around the Athens Perimeter and are only two blocks from Broad Street.

Large and Small Offices Available
The Butler Building has offices available in many different sizes and configurations.  Office sizes range from 120 square feet to 1890 square feet.  To see which offices are currently available please click on our availability page.

Utilities Included
All electricity, gas and water costs are included in the monthly rental fee.  

Ample Parking
The Butler Building has 119 parking spaces directly behind our building which include handicap spaces and bicycle racks.

High Speed Communications Availability
Every office in the Butler Building comes with internet access and e-mail via multiple redundant T1 connections providing over 9 megabits per second of bandwidth.  The Butler Building has many other communications services available, such as Web Hosting, Server Colocation, VoIP Telephone Service, VPN, Data Backup, and television service.

Security
We are in a low crime area and if needed, a security company located within our building is available for hire.

Maintenance
We have full time maintenance personnel and grounds keepers for the building.  We respond to all maintenance calls promptly and usually can make same day repairs. 

Janitorial Services
We provide daily trash collection and vacuum offices daily as needed.
